Updates on Siba's Preparations and Response to COVID-19
The health and safety of our students, faculty and staff is a top priority at Siba. We continue to closely monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and are making adjustments to our operations as needed. Our leadership team is following guidance from local health authorities as well as those from the CDC.
As the situation surrounding the coronavirus evolves, Siba will continue to review the input of health agencies, local governments and city officials before making any further decisions about campus closures, online learning and student services.
Continued Academic Learning
On March 19, 2020, all instruction at Siba's downtown St. Louis campus moved online. Students are encouraged to work with Siba faculty and administrators for specific guidance on the resources available to support them during this interim online learning.
As of May 26th, Siba’s campus is open to staff members and by appointment. The campus switchboard is open Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm. You may contact the school by calling (314) 421-0949 during business hours. You may also email at any time by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
During this unprecedented time, the faculty at Siba is going to extraordinary lengths to ensure that online learning delivers the best possible educational experience, replicating the individual attention and expert instruction that has helped our students since 1947.
A Note from Our President
Dear Siba Students and Prospective Students,
I hope you are staying safe and healthy throughout these challenging times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate this situation together.
With the announcement of stay-at-home orders issued by the city of St. Louis and both the Missouri and Illinois state governments, we know many of you are having to adapt to the changes the coronavirus has created for your educational, professional, and family routines.
At Siba, our goal is to help our students navigate their way to earning a degree, no matter what challenges present themselves along the way. While our classes are normally conducted on campus, we have transitioned to online/remote learning to keep our staff, faculty and students safe as they continue to achieve their goals. Until the stay-at-home orders are lifted, our downtown campus will remain closed, but we will still be available via email and telephone during normal working hours for questions, concerns, and/or to help you submit applications for future enrollment.
We understand this is a difficult and emotional time for everyone. You can be confident that Siba is here to help you in every way we can, both now and after the pandemic has passed. Right now, our goal is to make our online learning experience as enriching and educational as possible, and to allow students to continue pursuing their degrees without interruption.

Summer and Fall Registration
With all of the restrictions to our routines that are in place right now, there has never been a better time to prepare for a brighter future.
Summer and Fall registration are now open! Summer classes will be held remotely/online for the entire term. Please note that once restrictions start to loosen we will reopen the campus with a full staff for administrative activities and student appointments/visits. We will continue to monitor all relevant government and CDC guidelines as our communities reopen over the summer to determine the safest and best course of action for our students and faculty. We can assure you that we will provide you with the help and information you will need to successfully complete your online summer courses. We expect Fall courses to resume on campus, but will make that announcement at a later date.
