Cynthia Musterman, President
Ms. Musterman holds a B.A. in Communication from Arizona State University, and a J.D. from Washington University School of Law, St. Louis. In addition to her duties as President, Ms. Musterman serves as Academic Dean for evening school students.
Ruth Holtmann, Academic Dean/Registrar
Ms. Holtmann holds a B.S. in Education from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and an M.A. in Business from Webster University. Her duties include academic advisement, student transcripts, class scheduling, enforcement of academic policies and student academic concerns.
Greg Elsenrath, Financial Aid Director
Mr. Elsenrath holds a B.A. in Marketing/Ag Business from Missouri Valley College and an M.B.A. from Lindenwood University. Mr. Elsenrath has worked in the field of financial aid for more than 15 years, and takes a special interest in providing individualized assistance to students and parents.
Ginger Reinert, Department Head Tourism & Hospitality Management
Ms. Reinert holds a B.A. in English/Spanish from Texas A&I University, and an M.A. in Human Relations from Webster University. On the faculty since 1995, Ms. Reinert has extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.
John Willmon, Director of Admissions
Mr. Willmon spent 30 years in the United States Navy before joining the Administration Staff in 2000. He holds an A.A.S. in Management Support and an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Patricia Stevens College, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Excelsior College.
Andrew Hollimon, Department Head / Business Administration
Mr. Hollimon holds a B.S. in Communication Arts and an M.B.A. from Lindenwood University. He possesses 30 years experience in human resource management, training and recruiting. In addition to his administrative duties, Mr. Hollimon teaches Business and General Education courses.
Judy Longden Plattner, Co-Department Head / Interior Design
Ms. Plattner holds a B.S.H.E. in Housing and Interior Design from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and has more than 25 years experience in her field. In addition to her duties in the classroom, Ms. Plattner continues to maintain her own interior design business.
Jeffrey Pounds, Co-Department Head / Interior Design
Mr. Pounds holds a B.F.A. in Interior Design from Maryville University and an M.A. in American Culture Studies from Washington University. Mr. Pounds has been a member of the faculty since 2001, teaching courses in General Education, Interior Design and Fashion Merchandising. In addition to course loads and administrative duties, Mr. Pounds has been the Principal of SOTA Designs, Inc. since 1999.
Rebecca Simmons, Operations Administrator/Faculty
Ms. Simmons holds a B.A. in Management and an M.B.A. from Webster University. She has nine years of office administration experience. In addition to her administrative duties, Ms. Simmons teaches Business courses.
Lynne Wasson, Department Head / Retail Management / Fashion Merchandising
Ms. Wasson possesses a B.S. in Clothing and Textiles and an M.S. in Vocational Education Studies from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Ms. Wasson has been a member of the faculty since 1995 and teaches courses in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management and Business. She currently holds the office of Treasurer of the St. Louis Chapter of Fashion Group International.
Emily Huey, Career Services Director Retail Management / Fashion Merchandising Faculty
Ms. Huey holds a B.S. in Clothing & Textiles, and an M.S. in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Ms. Huey is a member of Fashion Group International and has more than a decade of experience in recruiting, marketing and retail operations.
